The Job

Portfolio management of real estate private equity funds in China with the objective of maximising fund returns.

**Responsibilities**:
Fund modelling, cashflow projections and tracking of the fund performance against underwriting

Review and maintain portfolio data and monitor key performance indicators

Making recommendations on AEI initiatives, investments/divestments, distributions, financing, tax and capital structure

Preparing annual budgets and asset plans for approvals as well as tracking of actual against budget

Quarterly fund and investor reports which includes performance analysis of assets and fund

Annual GRESB submission

Preparing investment papers and meeting materials/presentation for investment committee

Managing investor queries, organizing investor meetings and site visits

Assisting in the structuring and origination of new private equity funds from time to time.

Involves working closely with asset management and corporate departments in Singapore and China

**Requirements**:
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience within the real estate industry. Asset management experience is a plus.

Strong technical skill in financial modelling and analysis in excel

Proficient in writing and PowerPoint presentation

Ability to communicate in Chinese/Mandarin effectively with our China counterparts
