The outcome - a new generation of vehicle EE architecture is being defined and developed by our OEMs where High Performance Computers (HPCs) is central to the new architecture. HPCs are products that intersect the traditional automotive domain (safety, reliability, and comfort) with the information technology domain (cybersecurity, virtualization, IOT and Devops).

You will be the Lead Solution Architect for Cockpit HPC

**Responsibilities**:

- To design cockpit solution architecture that is re-usable for quote and execution phase for our customers and stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging cockpit technology applicable to the solution and define technical alternatives and drive optimal technology decisions to achieve the best technical solution.
- To design and evolve the cockpit technical solution through collaboration with ART and teams
- Manage the interfaces between software and hardware components for cockpit HPC
- Manage technical risks and architectural technical knowledge in Value Stream and ARTs
- Understanding and manage non-functional requirements that constrain the system design and implementation for cockpit HPC
- Define the enablers that explore the alternatives and build the architectural runway that support cockpit HPC’s future functionality
- Contribute to the cockpit HPC architectural vision and roadmap.
- Track technology across supplier landscape and assess their suitability for cockpit HPC
- Supervise RFQ/RFI and execution of Cockpit HPC D1, D2 and D3 projects in terms of architecture for JOEM. Complex system related investigations, concepts and presentations.

**Qualifications**:

- Masters / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Science or Computer Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience in embedded system development
- Minimum 6 years experience in field or architecture / system engineering / automotive product design / automotive functional safety
- Minimum 3 projects completed
- Experience in leading and coaching junior colleagues and interns
- Experience in international project teams with multiple development locations.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Quality focus, precision, change management and cost awareness.
- Profound understanding of Cockpit HPC Electrical/Electronics System.
- Profound understanding of Cockpit HPC systems and protocols.
- Usage of Architecture tools like Rhapsody, Enterprise Architect etc.
- Experienced in OEM engineering communication. Vehicle OEM engineering contact/project experience is a MUST
- Excellent written and oral communication, organizational skills. Experience working in highly distributed team is preferred
- Ability to interface with internal teams and external customers/partners
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in the different levels of the organization
