**About the Job**:
You will be part of a creative team of visual designers and animators with responsibilities that span across key aspects of UI Design for automotive products. You shall work closely with the Design Lead and software development team to bring the user experience to our customers from concept to product launch.
We are looking for a highly motivated team player who is passionate about UI design excellence and shall lead or support the team in ideation, concept definition, and preparation of pixel-perfect graphical assets for our products.
You will thrive in this role if you are meticulous to detail because you take pride in delivering the perfect user experience and enjoy working with a team that moves fast.

**Your Responsibility**:

- Define visual language and interaction model for products within the vehicle cockpit.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, researchers, and external partners.
- Collaborate effectively with project team members and cross-functional teams to create excellent user experience design for all our vehicle cockpit products.
- Develop high level and/or detailed GUI, wireframes, and animation to effectively communicate concepts.
- Conceptualizing and designing high-quality motion graphics and animations.
- Create professional, high quality and intuitive, multi-model user experiences by incorporating user-centered design principles, customer requirements and technical constraints.
- Present design work to engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers
- You are expected to deliver sketches, presentation, prototypes, storyboards, and any other effective communication methods.
- Ensuring that the project timelines and requirements are met

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Design major in any of the fields such as interaction, graphics, visual communication, or multimedia.
- Min. 5 years’ experience
- Proven track record in GUI (Graphical User Interface) and UI (User Interface) design
- Excellent skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Video/Sound Editing.
- Familiarity with VFX creation software like Maya, Maxon Cinema 4D, and Adobe After Effects
- Proficiency in animation and video production techniques like scaling, timing, staging, and lighting
- You’re a meticulous individual who cares about the quality of your work output.
- You are comfortable collaborating with global teams consisting of different cultures.
- You can easily adapt to changing priorities.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented individual
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good working relationships.
- You can communicate clearly and effectively and possess strong presentation skills.
- Able to travel.
- Knowledge of Chinese & Japanese language shall be an advantage.
