2025 Blackstone Legal & Compliance, Intern (6 months Off-cycle), Singapore

The Legal & Compliance group in APAC is involved in providing advice to the various business units, which include reviewing marketing and communications, advising on regulatory and compliance requirements relating to sales and marketing and distribution of funds, overseeing regulatory developments and working closely with internal stakeholders to implement changes in business processes and controls etc.

Blackstone's Compliance Off-cycle Internship Program is a 6-month fulltime in-person experience, offering participants extensive exposure across the firm. This program provides Off-cycle intern with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm, and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture.

**Off Cycle Intern work may include**:

- Reviewing marketing materials and communications being sent to investors. Assisting with compliance matters that arise in connection with investor suitability, domestic and regional registration and other country specific marketing requirements
- Maintaining and updating policies and procedures, including drafting new processes to streamline compliance initiatives
- Conducting key compliance tasks and compliance testing
- Preparing materials and metrics for committees and senior management, conducting company secretarial activities
- Assisting in training initiatives
- Assisting with the implementation of various compliance oversight program.
- Conducting regulatory horizon scanning to assess the impact to the Blackstone businesses

This is a 6-month fulltime internship in 2025. To be considered for the 2025 Off-cycle Internship Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Currently enrolled as a fulltime undergraduate or master's degree student. If you are pursuing a Master's degree, you should have no more than 1 year of fulltime working experience.
- Anticipated graduation date: Between December 2025 to June 2026
- CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
- CV must be in PDF format

Knowledge of accounting and finance and experience of investment banking are desirable, but not necessary.
