**Role of Assistant Store Manager**:

- Be able to use the POS system to tally the sales and also to perform end of day sales reports.
- To be able to label incoming stock from suppliers and to enter it into the POS system.
- Inventory replenishment and also stock taking on a periodic basis.
- To assist with the administrative duties at the store and also to answer queries from the online shop.
- Communicate closely with team members to ensure highest quality service is achieved
- Provide professional, friendly and engaging service, ensure that customers are acknowledged and attended to quickly and efficiently
- Assist customers with their queries and provide recommendations
- Maintain proper ordering of inventories required for store operations
- Upkeep the cleanliness of the store and comply to legal requirements
- Any other duties to assist the company with store operations.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in retail operation and customer service
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow team members as part of a team
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays (6 - day roster)
