
Private Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a “Wealth Management” solutions / advice to High Net Worth Individual
- Find, Attract and Win new clients
- Nurture and Retain existing clients and entice former clients back into the Bank
- Continuously develop relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Provide a “Single Point of entry” into the Bank with an efficient access to a network of specialists
- Act as a Personal Wealth Manager; draw up a comprehensive asset strategy which reflects the dynamic between personal and business assets
- Maximize client assets and revenues from its AUM (Asset Under Management)
- Build market share, able to enhance client asset size over time
- Actively involved in new business development, able to anticipate and capitalize on business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with proucts and services, provide insight for new product development
- Monitor tasks for quality assurance to meet client servicing needs
**Requirements**:
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese is strongly preferred as this role is required to deal with clients
- PWMA qualification is an advantage
- Solid credit with strong banking knowledge and business ethics
- Excellent connections in the respective private banking market
- Well-versed in the Banking Reforms / Regulatory Changes in the market
- Extremely conscious of the high Sensitivity and Confidentiality requirement of the market
- Fulfillment of requirements under the Enhanced Competency Framework preferred
