FIRST is looking for their next Event Service Specialist (s) to represent them and act as the central point of contact on-site within a well-known tech company.

**THE ROLE**
- As Event Service Specialist, you will act as primary contact for Event Host and clients during onsite and digital events
- Ensure excellent execution and service delivery, working pre-event with Event Manager and service partners
- Be on top of onsite needs, confirming and clarifying areas of concern before event
- Communicate all important changes to the event team
- Day of event support - being onsite, troubleshooting and escalating issues, etc.

**ALL ABOUT YOU**:

- At least 2 years of event coordination or other applicable experience (including internships, etc), within a large venue/hotel preferred
- Good grasp of basic standards of Catering and Event Management
- Experienced working in a fast-paced environment across all levels of stakeholders
- Proficient in G Suite, experienced working on large databases

- Resourceful problem solver who thinks outside the box
- Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management
- Able to work in a team and adapt to situations
