Digital Product Manager

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

NeoXam Singapore is looking for an experienced and motivated **APAC**Digital Data Product Manager**based in Singapore, reporting to NeoXam APAC COO, working closely with the APAC services & Sales teams on one side and HQ EMEA R&D and Product teams on the other side. This role will be based in Singapore.

NeoXam DataHub: the most comprehensive, efficient and customizable solution for centralized data management available on the market. The solution acts as a hub, a central repository and a user-oriented data management tool for data used or produced by financial institutions.

NeoXam IBOR: a uniquely independent and flexible Investment Book of Record, designed to provide Asset Managers with a single, comprehensive, and robust source of continuously up-to-date positions, valuations and forecasts, with increased quality, under multiple views.

**MISSION & MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Digital Data Access Product Management: oversee the complete product lifecycle, from solution design to implementation
- Develop and implement data access solution leveraging techniques to transform raw custodian and market data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software
- Visualize, interpret, enable analytics and report using NeoXam Impress to produce digital data reports
- Guide the entire process of product implementation from concept, design to launch
- Assist with product positioning and customer demand while steering product development from initial concept to market launch.
- Assess product features and performance, suggesting improvements based on market/user feedback.
- Be the link between Product, R&D and APAC services (ensure best practices within services, inputs on product from services)
- Guide APAC functional solution design / expertise / customer viewpoint
- APAC project scoping resulting in project sizing including client stakeholder management
- Organize APAC functional/solution training for client/partners/internal (beyond tech product training) in link with EMEA HQ
- Communicate NeoXam’s offerings to clients and identify new opportunities to grow client sales/services and better meet client needs
- Continuously keep up to date with NeoXam DataHub and/or NeoXam IBOR functional and technical features and improvementsProvide presales consultancy by assisting the sales teams with presentations, Proof of Concept, implementation expertise, etc

**PROFILE**
- At least a Master’s degree in any of these specialties - Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & Systems Analysis, Science (Computer Studies / Mathematics/ Statistics ) or other specialty Masters such as in Business/ Economics/ Management after a Bachelor of Science in the above areas
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Banking/Financial Industry with successful experience in working with Financial Solution Software on Buy-Side customer
- At least 5 years of experience working as Digital Product Manager
- Existing experience on NeoXam Datahub is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of Enterprise Data Management and ETL techniques and processes
- Previous experience of financial data provider feeds such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE and others
- Knowledge of financial instruments such as Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives
- Previous project experience with involvement in multiple stages of the project life cycle
- Independent, with own initiative and good interpersonal skills and are concerned about the quality of service provided
- Proactive and a real team player
- Fluent in English
