**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lessons with Montessori principles, including experiential activities like baking, gardening, and arts and crafts.

- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and engaging learning atmosphere.
- Contribute to curriculum development aligned with Montessori methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Montessori certification (AMI preferred) or experience working in Montessori schools.
- Background in early childhood education or similar settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teaching skills.
- Proficiency in experiential and hands-on learning techniques.
