Business Analyst, Horse Racing

We are looking for a passionate and professional Business Analyst to join our team to help us with our mission of organizational development and management.

Based in Singapore and reporting into the Section Head, Horse Racing, the incumbent will assist in translating business requirements into design specifications.

**What You'll Do**
- You will work with the business to gather and define requirements and translate them into design specifications
- You will identify, verify and document functional and technical requirements using established requirements management methodology and tools
- You will transit the requirements and use cases to software specialist, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements

- You will work closely with Product Owner, Software Specialist and Business to support new product launches and enhancements
- You will review all user stories and requirement documents, receive feedback and ensure all issues related to the requirements are resolved in a timely manner
- You will assist with troubleshooting and analysis of production issues
- You will assist with the definition and drafting of systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business systems and industry requirements
- You will supervise vendors on the design, coding and testing based on user and technical requirements
- You will oversee UAT to ensure requirement is met and quality is maintained
- You will responsible for obtainining approval from Release Control Group
- You will liaise with Gaming Integrity Group("GIG") to respond to requests from Regulatory / Authorities and act as a single point of contact with GIG.
- You will understand the typical requests from the Regulatory Authority and ways of working and accordingly work with the team and vendors to collect necessary information to revert to the regulatory requests in a timely fashion.
- You will work with internal team and external vendors to collate necessary information for the regulatory enquiries
- You will understand regulatory requirements and provide expertise and oversight to the internal team to ensure adherence
- You will ensure compliance to regulatory requirements on controls when reviewing and approving the design
- You will review and approve system change notification to regulator
- You will identify potential regulatory approval risks based on changes in regulations, standards or requirements of system changes
- You will provide support to audit activities
**Who You Are**
- You will need at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Science/Engineering or related IT discipline
- You will need at least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- You should have strong technical aptitude and understanding of how technologies impact delivery.
- You should have experience of working in an agile development environment.
- You should have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaboratively work with diverse teams including the Business.
