**Location**: Remotely or at one of our office's across the globe, ideally within the Asia or EMEA region time zones.
**What this role is responsible for**:
As a Global Marketing Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting our
global network of Local Area Marketers (LAM) and driving efficiency and consistency
of the marketing function worldwide. You will be responsible for onboarding, training
and ensuring key LAM processes are followed, as well as developing clear KPIs and
managing global needs such as speaker bookings worldwide. This role will
collaborate closely with the HQ marketing teams and the Marketing Leadership team
to drive increased revenue through the LAM function. This role is best suited to
someone who has strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, is highly
analytical and thrives in a fast paced environment.**
What success looks like**:

- Implement effective onboarding and training processes to ensure skills consistency across the global LAM team
- Build regional slide decks for fortnightly meetings and ensure LAMs are filling in the slides and attending regularly
- Attend/run regional HQ Marketing meetings to encourage global sharing and collaboration
- Build out effective processes for marketing planning, execution, tracking and reporting consistently
- Work with the HQ Marketing team (Performance Marketing, Marketing Automation, Content, Design, SEO, and Growth Marketing) in creating processes that service our global team of LAMs
- Support new Country Managers and LAMs in launching new countries or projects
- Coordinate all speaker bookings worldwide by liaising with LAMs and and speakers (experts and students) directly for webinars and other marketing activities
- Assist LAMs in the coordination of case studies, testimonials and other marketing activities in their region
- Work with our Head of PR to help LAMs place stories with key media in local regions who do not have consultancies

**What skills or experience do we look for?**
- 3+ years in an operations role or similar
- Experience coordinating various projects at once across multiple timezones
- A basic understanding of the marketing funnel and how leads progress through each stage from awareness to closed won
- Highly analytical and can demonstrate analytical decision making skills
- Experience building strong relationships with global team members
- Strategic thinker, understanding the connection between marketing and revenue
- Experience working with various internal teams and stakeholders
- Collaborative, energetic, positive & self-driven
