**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify training needs within the C&S and AR teams working on LTA projects.
- Develop, design, and deliver training programs focused on C&S, AR, safety regulations, and LTA-specific project requirements.
- Ensure that training programs align with the latest regulations and best practices in the construction industry, particularly those set by LTA.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, for various teams (engineering, design, construction, etc.).
- Monitor training progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions, making necessary adjustments to enhance learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
- Stay current on LTA standards, regulations, and best practices within the C&S and AR fields, and incorporate this knowledge into training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a training, learning and development, or engineering role in the C&S or AR sector.
- Extensive knowledge of LTA project requirements, regulations, and guidelines.
- Strong experience in developing and delivering training programs for engineering or construction teams.
- Familiarity with the latest construction safety practices and industry standards.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in Training & Development, Safety Management, or Project Management.
- Experience working on LTA infrastructure projects, particularly in the transport and construction sectors.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with proficiency in additional languages being a plus.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
