**Job Description**:
This is a global role and the main responsibility of the incumbent is to ensure smooth transit operation flow of all incoming transit cargoes, in order to forward the cargoes to the particular sales markets. This will also cover all transit related issues over all brands and channels in the group controlled supply chain.

**Key responsibilities**
- Dispatch incoming sea, air and truck cargo in preparation for the re-exports.
- Check and enter data’s of incoming documents into H&M IT Systems Assistance, collaborate in cargo planning with the 3PL for transit operation in and out of the warehouse.
- Issue of customs invoices for the customs clearance for the particular sales markets. (Southern Hemisphere & Franchisee partners)
- Document handling in preparation to issue the bonded transit documents through the 3PL and documents preparation for the service providers, in order to have shipments “ready to ship”.
- Arrange re-exports by sea, air and truck taking into consideration costs, lead time etc.
- Review of freight and service invoices.
- Handle transport insurance cases.
- Assistance for keeping statistics.
- KPI monitoring/management.
- Insert and update freight rates in the H&M freight system.
- Other adhoc tasks as assigned.
- Make business interactions and teamwork across different business functions & subsidiaries in order to ensure best trade business solutions - especially with global IMPEX and service providers.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience & knowledge in international shipping (sea, air, truck).
- Knowledge of customs rules.
- Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Flexible and the understanding of irregular working hours is required.
- Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment whilst maintaining sense of meticulousness and data integrity.
- Motivated individual who is not afraid to take initiative and make decision under mínimal guidance.
