**Responsibilities**:

- Understand in-depth the full farming process (hydroponics) from seeding to transplanting to harvest.
- Manage and enhance the quality and yield of leafy green crops produced in the farm to meet KPIs in terms of weight, quality, longevitiy.
- Research and develop proposals to improve all aspects of the environmental conditions, including: Seed selection (based on germination rates, transplant rates and wastage rates), Nutrient management (Mixture, EC and PH levels for optimal crop growth), LED lighting (photoperiod, intensity for each crop), Climate management (ACMV and dehumidifier settings), Monitor temperature, humidity, CO2, oxygen settings in relation to optimal crop growth
- Nutrient Management for various crop growth issues (i.e. mold, fugus, light burn etc).
- Pest and Plant Disease Management.
- Conduct field testing on new crops requested by clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or a related field.
- Knowledge in hydroponic cultivation.
- Ability to work at height, stand, walk, kneel, and stoop for extended periods.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Exceptional active listening and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research, decision making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Awareness of industry trends, technology, and developments.
- Sales and presentation skills.
