Senior Agronomist

As an Agronomist in the Farm Technology department, you will be supporting technological aspects of the consultancy, design, build and operations and urban farms, with a focus on agronomy. You will be collaborating with Archians in sales, project management, farm management and research & technology to deliver impactful agricultural solutions to our clients and partners.

- Support technological aspects on the design, build and operations of farms, with a focus on agronomy. Provide ground support at all stages of our solutions.
- Develop proposals for the deployment of farm solutions.
- Advise and consult clients.
- Design and conduct experiments to test ideas and solutions.
- Develop novel farm solutions.
- Evaluate and build relationships with suppliers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of farms and farming operations.
- Requirements
- Degree/Masters in Sciences or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work well with people from different departments and seniority
- Excellent at integrating knowledge and skills from multiple domains to create solutions
- Good scientific and/or engineering skills (literature review, hypothesis formulation, experiment design, data analysis)
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Able to understand and internalise technical knowledge
- Willing to undertake short-term overseas deployments to client farms when necessary
