We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated **Business Analytics Intern** to join our growing Singapore Insights & Analytics Team.

About Insights & Analytics:
The Insights & Analytics team sits in the core of the Flash Coffee Singapore team, using data driven approach to support various cross functional initiative such as:

- Business Analytics & Planning
- Improving Data Visibility
- Internal Tools Development
- Process Innovation
- Strategic Growth Hacking

**What you'll do**:

- Analyse complex numerical data sets, interpret, visualise and provide actionable insights to drive the business, ensuring alignment with key business partners.
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders including Operation/Supply Chain/Marketing by providing clear & strategic inputs into commercial planning & forecasting activities
- Developing internal tools with analytical frameworks/models to solve business problems and improve efficiency
- Assist to revamp business data visibility for cross functional teams, allowing for ease of extraction of actionable insights, thereby leading to operational efficiency

**Who you are**:

- You have data skills and can pull data from the web and databases. You love a good spreadsheet challenge.
- You have strong analytical skills (Excel proficiency is a must, experience with SQL is preferred), able to understand, interpret, contextualise and extrapolate data points
- You have strong communication skills in delivering actionable insights in a concise and meaningful manner to each stakeholder
- You are able to see the big picture while at the same time have a strong attention to detail and know when to zoom into a specific topic
- You are very organised and work in a systematic manner
- You are self-sufficient and able to take full ownership of a project
- You are entrepreneurial at heart and have a "do-er" and hands-on mentality
- You are comfortable and enjoy working with multi disciplinary & cultural teams
