We are looking for a UIUX designer to design great user experiences using a human-centered design approach.

Hourly rate: $8 - $12 an hour (Depending on experience)

Commitment:

- Monday - Fridays (if possible. Can be further arranged)
- 10 AM - 6 PM

Final Year Students are welcomed to apply If suitable, there is a possibility to convert to Full Time position.

**Responsibilities**
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the product manager, designer, and software developers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards and user flows
- Develop low and high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes that clearly demonstrate how websites work and look
- Prepare and present rough designs to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Make UIUX adjustments based on user feedback
- Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
- Identify and fix UX issues (e.g., responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, and images
- Liaise with developers to ensure implementation is correct and complies with design specifications and expectations.
- Assist with ad hoc projects (as needed)

**Requirements and Skills**
- Understanding of design principles and heuristics for digital products, well-versed in creating and maintaining design systems and style guides
- Team player; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time management skills
