**About This Role**:
**What You’ll Build**:
- **AI-Powered Web Applications**:User-friendly interfaces for content generation, player analysis, and game optimization tools
- **Developer Productivity Tools**:Web-based platforms that integrate AI capabilities into existing game development workflows
- **Self-Service AI Platforms**:Tools that enable non-technical team members to leverage AI capabilities independently
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Implement real-time data visualization and interactive dashboards for AI-generated insights
- Collaborate with Beijing teams to understand user requirements and iterate on tool designs
**Required Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:2+ years of relevant working experience in full-stack web development with AI/ML integration experience
- **Frontend Skills**:
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and web frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
- Experience with responsive design, CSS frameworks, and modern web development tools
- Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or similar)
- **Backend Skills**:
- Strong Python programming skills with web framework experience (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- **Agile Development**:Experience with agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and iterative development
- **AI Integration**:Understanding of how to deploy and serve ML models in production web environments
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of real-time web technologies (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events)
- Background in UX/UI design principles and user-centered design
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and feature flagging
- Familiarity with gaming industry tools and workflows
- Understanding of machine learning concepts and model deployment
- Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with teams in the Beijing R&D center, with strong cross-cultural communication skills
