This position is within the Production team, reporting to the Head of Production. The incumbent is responsible for running of the day-to-day projects - managing vendors, internal project team and the project scope, including but not limited to, documentation, end-to-end timeline and budgeting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Innovation Director and Creative team to play a central role in defining and shaping interactive projects by assisting on feasibility and solution finding from ideation to execution process.
- Assist in wearing different hats in the digital agency producing role, including but not limited to creating productivity proposals, technical liaison with outsourced partners or vendors and presenting to clients.
- Manages technical risks and expectations from planning to delivery phase.
- Provide technical direction for the planning, scheduling, and delivery of digital assets
- Work with Production Lead and Innovation Lead to seek and manage global partnerships with external third party developers and vendors, from both technical and non-technical interdisciplinary backgrounds
- Ensure the output of the projects are of the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality of We Are Social Singapore

**Requirements**:

- Able to work well independently and within a team environment
- Self-motivated and works well under pressure
- Have a strong pool of contacts from third party partners or vendors globally from both technical and non-technical interdisciplinary backgrounds
- Have a basic fundamental understanding of technical verbatims and able to speak and translate basic tech language of 3rd party vendors to layman terms for internal project teams and clients
- Working knowledge of industry-standard software and hardware
- Experience in interpreting, presenting, and executing their duties on operational data
- Supplementary experience in production or post production management
- Experience in the fields of software / app development is a bonus
- Able to travel where the job demands
