With years of polishment in the internal EB-level scenarios, ByteHouse is now ready to serve our business partners via various cloud vendors.
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our software engineering team based in Singapore. As part of software engineering team, you'll drive the development process of ByteHouse and manage stakeholders' expectations on ByteHouse.
- Lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch
- Create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate closely with product managers and build the communication bridge between China team and Singapore team
- Communicate program status, risks and mitigation plans to leadership. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and available for review by all parts of the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of technical program management experience, experiences in data field is a plus
- Practical understanding of agile project management in complex product iterations
- Self-motivated with strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly in collaboration with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- As this role may need to reach out external Chinese customers, English and Chinese bilingual is required
