**Roles & Responsibilities**
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning
- Formulate and implement marketing strategies and plans to grow projects targeting local and global B2C
- Setting of timelines, KPIs and the planning for different marketing elements.
- Plan, manage and track overall marketing budget, in consultation with respective programme managers
- Database management - Manage and strategise the growth of the database, with adherence to privacy regulations and industry best practices
- Digital/Social media platforms management - Take charge of online digital marketing platforms - website(s), Linkedin, Mailchimp, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram
- Marketing Campaigns - organise and lead the organisation’s marketing, communications campaigns, and able to step in on implementation where necessary:
- Strategise and drive digital marketing through effective digital advertising tools such as Google SEM, Facebook, and LinkedIn etc
- Development of marketing content and collateral, including website, advertisements, newsletters, sales brochures, event directories etc. in accordance to branding guidelines
- Identify, communicate and manage external parties such as agencies and vendors creatively on digital and print production
- Track and analyse campaign performance with suitable tools, with regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Media partnerships - oversee and develop media partnerships with trade media platforms of respective industries for trade events/conference
- Team management - accountable for the marketing team, leading and supporting them in the development and execution of both long and short term strategic marketing plans
- Product/Programme/Client Development
- Contribute and support to content and programme development of the organisation
- Fulfil marketing requirements of members, customers and partners
- Operations - Fulfil daily tasks, improve processes of administration and operational matters where relevant
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and marketing communications
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, independent and a good communicator
- Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy with insights and data
- Experienced in digital marketing mediums (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) and website analytics (Google Analytics, Google SEM, Facebook, and LinkedIn advertising)
- A good balance of strategic and execution abilities; someone who can connect the dots and develop plans that drive towards an overall objective, and the ability to roll up their sleeves and drive the execution of plans and programmes effectively to achieve this objective.
