Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.

  • PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms such as Google Ads and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and overall revenue growth.

  • Promotions & Webinars: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and webinars to support the sales team's objectives, driving engagement and conversions.

  • Regional Coordination: Collaborate with ASEAN marketers to roll out digital marketing campaigns on schedule, ensuring consistency and alignment across regions.

  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics and other digital marketing software to monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks, leveraging insights to improve marketing strategies.

  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations for future campaigns and strategies.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with significant experience leading successful campaigns across multiple markets, preferably in the ASEAN region.

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital analytics tools eg. A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and advanced analytics techniques

  • Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and email marketing.

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads , and other relevant platforms will be a plus.
