**Purpose of Job**

Assist the Deputy Executive Director (HWH) in the planning, organisation, execution and oversight of the programming aspects for residents emplaced at the HWH. The jobholder should also ensure that all programmes carried out are in line with the philosophy of the HWH as well as its mission, vision and core values.

**Major Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist the Deputy Executive Director (HWH) to plan and propose relevant rehabilitation and reintegration programmes to ensure that Residents are kept meaningfully engaged during their stay at the HWH.
- Monitor and maintain programme integrity so as to ensure that programmes are delivered to achieve the best intended outcome.
- Provide clinical supervision of Programme Executives in the discharge of their duties and in their professional development.
- Work closely with the Programme Executives in the formulation of an Individualised Service Plan (ISP) for all Residents emplaced at the HWH. This also involves working closely with the Residents and their family members, to identify the individual’s needs to be addressed during their stay in the HWH.
- Conduct groupwork and individual casework with residents.
- Provide timely and relevant Information & Referral (I&R) to link Residents and their families to appropriate services and assistance.
- Develop and implement outreach activities and events. This involves working with programme providers and volunteers, where needed.
- Responsible for Residents’ safety when residents are engaged in group activities and events organised by the HWH.
- Track and evaluate Residents’ progress during their stay at the HWH.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by Deputy Executive Director (HWH).

**Requirements**:

- Recognised Degree in Social Sciences such as Social Work, Counselling or Psychology, or other related disciplines.
- At least five (5) years of working experience, preferably in the social service sector.
- Preferably trained in providing Clinical Supervision
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- At least five (5) years of continuous sobriety (applicable to ex-offenders).
- Able to multi-task, work independently and as a team player.
- Have passion in the helping profession.
- Able to exercise flexibility in a challenging environment.
- Willing to go above and beyond job requirements.
