
Sales Business Development

As **Sales Business Development **this role will be targeting high-growth, start-up to mid-market companies looking to expand internationally and hiring remote teams. You will work with our internal experts to deliver the knowledge of global labor laws, immigration laws and payroll FAQ’s to prospecting customers.
You will be their expert in solving their most significant challenge of global employment.
To start closing deals faster, **you'll come from legacy agency Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, FinTech, HR Tech or Global Mobility industry.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build a strategy to identify high-potential strategic accounts across different geographical regions and different company tiers, develop them, and convert them into customers
- Stay on top of market trends
- Develop sales playbooks to increase the close rate and sales efficiency
- Deliver sales revenue goals & increase overall sales performance
- Work with Managing Director and SDR on prospecting target companies and leads
- Always be an agile remote work advocate
- Attend sales calls providing feedback for continuous improvement to the team
- Promote team collaboration, inclusion, and a high-performance culture
- Attend online & offline meetings if required
**What we're looking for**:
- HR Tech sales or have sold to the HR buyer
- Previous Sales and/or Account Executive experience of 2+ years
- Experience working in an early-stage Startup environment and HR tech of Fintech is a plus
- Experience in building out early sales team processes
- Customer service focused personality
- Ideally has worked remotely
- Proven sales experience closing deals and generating & acquiring leads
