Your new job includes
- facilitate the implementation of the POS and provide necessary support for all POS operational activities.
- perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document business users requirements.
- monitor daily POS data flows for different markets in relation to data replication, daily data synchronization and support the Retail Stores in the event of any requirements for sales integration.
- responsible for supporting the pilot store cutover for each market and perform the activities independently as required by Level 2 Team for all the other stores.
- responsible for deploying the hotfix or new releases to the store servers and POS after performing at least one round of System Integration Testing and getting the Users Acceptance Testing completed by business users.

What you should bring along
- a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology Information Systems or a related discipline, and practical experience of at least three years in Retail POS projects, daily operations as well as supporting third party POS and IT Applications, preferably within the Retail industry.
- seasoned Project Management skills with experience in Agile project methodologies; a certification in Scrum Product Owner will be an advantage.
- a systematic way of organising and setting priorities based on business needs and adapt logical and rationale approach in problem solving.
- is meticulous, detail-oriented and has an analytical approach in delivering results while also taking initiative and certain decisions independently.
- a pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
