**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:

- Identify and support in establishing meaningful partnerships to create, negotiate, strategize and execute mutually beneficial marketing campaigns.
- Conceptualise and execute co-branded campaigns targeted at increasing brand awareness, acquiring new users and engaging existing Shopline users in Singapore
- Manage partners by re-engaging with them
- Analyse and renew yearlong and/or tactical partnerships
- Assist in strategising existing partnerships
- Assist the rollout of each quarter’s strategic plan together with the Regional Partnership Director.
- Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of the partnerships and/or campaigns
- Be part of an exciting team defining and refining the brand’s positioning and tone in Singapore

**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Minimum of 4- 7 years of experience in a partnerships role or similar in the Singapore market
- Proven capability to manage the entire process in end-to-end campaigns with partners
- Strong account management skills to manage partners
- Appreciates and sees the value of forming strategic partnerships
- Excellent oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong time and project management skills, with attention to detail
- Immense hunger to learn and contribute to the business
- Well-developed interpersonal, team building and relationship management skills.
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
- Immediate available would be preferred but not a must.
