Within **Asia Operations **, the **Reconciliations & Investigations Team **is responsible for the reconciliation of cash & stock account as well as the management of cash investigation cases relating to in and outgoing cash transfers.
The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for:
- The management of the Reconciliations & Investigation team as well as their processes.
- Ensuring that the services delivered to the Azqore clients are most efficiently and productively performed
- Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner.
**Job Responsibilities
**Daily BAU**
- Successful applicant will be responsible for Asia Reconciliation & Investigation function
- Reconciliation of depot/internal/nostro accounts i.e, Security and Cash related transactions
- Investigate messages that have issues on the process and ensure all investigation are monitored, follow up
and resolved
- Eye for details and meticulous in handling tasks assigned
- Team player with the ability to work with multiple departments in Swiss and Asia
**Others**
- Positive attiude towards constantly changing environment
- Participates to Azqore Asia Operations projects, proactively drives and implements process enhancement and improvements, where necessary
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree, and / or professional qualification in Banking / Finance / Engineeringor degree
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Securities and/or Cash Operations. Experience in Securities Reconcilation background is a plus.
- Familiar with financial products including Securities, Cash/FX and its derivatives as well as the market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks related to the trade processing and settlement of these products.
- Knowledge of the relevant MT1XX, MT2XX and MT5XX message types.
- Excellent communication skills
