Key Leadership Position for Private Banking Middle Office

The Head of Middle Office plays a pivotal role in leading the team, ensuring seamless operational support across trade support, risk management, and treasury operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Middle Office function for Private Banking, guaranteeing efficient operational support.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with head office, coordinating operational matters and control requirements.
  • Oversee daily processes, including trade booking, settlements, cash & securities reconciliation, and control reporting.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance risk management frameworks to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to a team of professionals, maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and control.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Compliance, Finance, and Operations to align processes and support business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of middle office / operations experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or relevant institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of private banking products and associated operational processes.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior management both locally and globally.
