We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Social Media & Business Development Executive** to join our team. This role requires a creative and strategic individual who can manage our **Xiaohongshu (RED)** social media presence and drive **business development for educational programs**, including **Educational Learning Journeys** and **NUS SCALE Global Youth Programme**.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Xiaohongshu)
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content for **Xiaohongshu (RED)**.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on **trending content** and best practices.
- Grow and maintain the **brand’s presence** on Xiaohongshu, engaging with followers and potential customers.
- Analyze **performance metrics** and optimize content strategy accordingly.

Business Development (Educational Programmes)
- Develop and execute strategies to recruit students and partners for **Educational Learning Journeys** and **NUS SCALE Global Youth Programme**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with **schools, parents, agencies, and corporate partners**.
- Oversee the **end-to-end process** of program execution, including planning, marketing, recruitment, and on-ground coordination.
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality **learning experience** for participants.
- Identify new **business opportunities** to expand our educational offerings.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin and English** (spoken & written).
- Experience in **content creation and social media management** (Xiaohongshu preferred).
- Background in **education, events, or program management**.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Working Hours:

- Minimum 6 months commitment required.
- Approximately 6-9 hours per week with flexible scheduling (work from home).

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
