**Reports To**:Client Services Manager - Destination & Real Estate Services

The Immigration Consultant, Destination & Real Estate Services will have the opportunity to work in a very dynamic, state of the art environment with a multicultural workforce spanning 30 different nationalities.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide expert guidance to clients on the appropriate immigration pass types based on their specific needs and advise on the relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and submit all necessary documentation to the appropriate government authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor active cases and ensure timely follow-ups and reminders are communicated to clients and their HR representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information within the internal database system.

- Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly detail-oriented with a methodical and thorough approach to work

- Self-motivated and responsible, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Sound technical and professional knowledge relevant to immigration processes
- Culturally sensitive and adept at working with diverse populations
- Shows initiative and resourcefulness in problem-solving and decision-making

**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline
- Familiarity with Singapore’s immigration regulations and procedures is essential
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consultancy role is advantageous
