Our Client is an award-winning Swiss FinTech helping financial institutions in over 30 countries to fight fraud. More than 80 banks, including UOB and Pictet & Cie, rely on their smarter artificial-intelligence (AI) solution to prevent fraudulent payments in real time. Banks using their software have achieved reductions of up to 83 percent in false positives, spent up to 93 percent less time investigating fraud, and have detected new fraud cases. This company is the fraud-prevention partner of major banking software companies, including Finastra, Avaloq, Mambu, and Finacle. It was listed as a representative vendor in Gartner’s 2020 Market Guide for Online Fraud Detection and in the Chartis RiskTech100 List in 2021.

**Responsibilities**:

- Project requirements collection, assessment and documentation
- Deploy NG solutions in customer environment
- Interface with customer systems (core banking, channels, infrastructure, etc)
- Build Use Cases (dashboards, alerts, controls, etc)
- Support customer during SIT and UAT phases
- Migrate to production
- Handholding to customer (training, documentation)
- Provide L3 Support to regional customers
- Support regional partners
- Document incidents
- Enhance FAQ
- Pre-Sales: Support regional sales team in:

- Assist in technical answers to RFP / RFI
- Build demos for customer presentations

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years in IT Banking environment experience in consulting
- A team player, independent, curious and eager to learn;
- Problem solving, result oriented
- Ability to work with high autonomy as well as with transversal teams
- Excellent presentation skills, along with verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are an asset);
- Proficient knowledge with Linux systems (Red Hat), big data (Elastic Search) and SQL database environments (Oracle, MS SQL Server, MariaDB);
- Proficient scripting skills (bash, python); Exp with pyspark is a plus
- Comfortable managing technical delivery and engaging with technical staff.
- Knowledge of Avaloq, Temenos T24, Finnova, Finacle, Finastra, Mambu or other banking/ payments systems are a plus;
- Willingness to travel to foreign countries on project assignments (30%)
- Comfortable with virtualization environments (VMWare) and its integration in network environments.
- Knowledge of cloud environments and technologies (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Familiar with multi-cultural environments and virtual teams.
