We are looking for an **MCN Operations Executive**to support the daily operations of our Multi-Channel Network (MCN). In this role, you will work with influencers (KOLs), brand partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, effective talent management, and accurate reporting. You will be directly involved in influencer campaigns across major social platforms including **Douyin, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat**.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent & Influencer Management**:

- Assist in onboarding, supporting, and managing influencers/KOLs within the MCN network.
- Maintain creator schedules, contracts, and campaign deliverables.
- Provide daily operational support to influencers, helping them navigate campaign requirements on platforms like **Douyin, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat**.

**Campaign Operations**:

- Coordinate with brand clients, internal teams, and influencers on campaign planning and execution.
- Monitor influencer content across multiple platforms, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
- Track deliverables such as posts, livestreams, short videos, and engagement activations.

**Data & Reporting**:

- Collect campaign performance data (views, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Prepare clear reports for both internal teams and brand clients.
- Analyze platform trends (Douyin challenges, Xiaohongshu lifestyle posts, TikTok virals, Instagram Reels, WeChat mini-programs) to optimize strategies.

**Operations & Administration**:

- Manage contracts, invoices, and payment processing for influencers.
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and advertising regulations.
- Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in **Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field**.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, digital media, and multi-platform campaigns.
- Proficiency in **English**; knowledge of **Mandarin**or another Asian language is a plus (for liaising with regional influencers and clients).
- Familiarity with **Douyin, Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and WeChat**content ecosystems.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and project management tools.
