CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT (AIRPORT)
- $2,300/month Gross before CPF deduction (3yr contract)
- Retention bonus after each year
- Pay revision after each year based on performance
Working Days & Hours:
- Monday to Sunday (5 Days & 44hrs/week Rotational basis)
- Shift A - 03:00hrs to 12:00hrs
- Shift B - 08:00hrs to 17:00hrs
- Shift C - 14:00hrs to 23:00hrs
- Shift D - 21:00hrs to 06:00hrs
**Location**:
- Changi Airport
**Job Description**:
- Handling Check In duties
- Handling of Departure boarding gate area
- Meet and greet services
- Transfer counter services
- Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed
- Possess basic computer skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Able to work weekends, eve of Public Holiday and Holiday
- Must abide by Airport rules & regulations and follow safety procedures whilst on duty
Notes:
- Training Provided
- Three year contract
- Off-In-Lieu entitled for shifts that fall on Public Holiday
- Transport claim up to $30 Reimbursable (For shifts starting before 0700hrs or shifts ending past 2300hrs)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months
**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,300.00 per month
