**Service & Repair Department**

**Job Description(s)**:

- Coordinate with the customer for technical issues to meet customer technical requirements.
- Handling of incoming / outgoing goods.
- Provide quotations to the customer for their repair order.
- Monitoring the progress on the repairs / service and keep the customer updated on the status of their repair order.
- Communicating with customers for approval to carry out additional repairs whenever necessary.
- Liaise with the workshop manager after completion of repairs to ascertain the quality of the job done before contacting the customer for the collection.
- Closing the job order and prepare service invoices with an explanation of any outstanding matters to customers and arranging the return or delivery to the customer.
- Undertake ad-hoc function and related duties when required.

**Job Requirement(s)**:

- Diploma/ ITE in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Mandarin is required, in order to handle enquires from English and Chinese speaking clients promptly and ensure high levels of client servicing
- Strong interpersonal skills and a strong ability to listen
- Detail-oriented and versatile
- Can work under mínimal supervision
- 5.5 working days per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $2,800.00 per month
