**Primary Objective**:

- Translate the overall Sales Strategy for the division into strategies and plans for the sales team
- Identify business opportunities and develop relevant strategies for the respective business unit sales teams
- Design and implement systems and structures for the effective management and reporting of sales related intelligence and data in line with good practices and business needs
- Engage and liaise with stakeholders to optimize business opportunities
- Build strategic relationships with key clients and other internal and external stakeholders through regular and ongoing communication
- Motivate, manage and develop a team of sales representatives in order to ensure the achievement of pre-determined targets for the division
- Manage and attain budget objectives
- Keep abreast of latest trends in sales effectiveness and adopt new approaches as required in order to expand client base and increase revenue
- Undertake other duties as required

**Requirements: To be successful in the role you will**
- A relevant sales/marketing/business tertiary qualification
- 2 years people management experience
- Experience in dental industry and implant dentistry or other relevant field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Relationship building skills
- Decision making skills
- Negotiation skills
- Good analytical and numerical abilities
- Innovative and pro-active
- Ability to motivate, inspire and manage sales staff
