Roles & Responsibilities

Hair Sales Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal sales target
- Assist Manager to drive outlet sales and achieve Outlet sales target
- Handle employee grievances
- Optimizes resources, monitor and ensure team hits personal and outlet Sales Target
- Assist Manager on daily outlet operations (planning of roster, performance of staff, coaching, merchandise display, etc)
- Inventory Management - ensure accuracy of stock level and transactions
- Maintains good conduct, complies with instructions, policies and regulations
- Works effectively and co-operates with others to achieve a common goal
- Demonstrate effective Leadership to ensure all GROUP members achieving their respective individual target; to achieve, Supervisor must:

- Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Outlet Human Resources responsibilities (inclusive Annual Leaves, Shifts)
- Manage, train and develop Therapists and Consultants including performing as an onsite sales & skills trainer
- Manage Outlet stock management
- Daily duty activities including upkeep outlet’s cleanliness, answer phone calls and equipment maintenance, etc
- Work on Saturday, Sunday and PH
- Weekdays 11am-9pm, Weekends / PH 10am-7pm
