**CISO Job Description**

**InvestaX Overview**:
Tokenize your assets on top of our infrastructure: Our Tokenization SaaS platform is a software-as-a-service solution that enables the issuance, trading, and custody of security tokens for private market assets. We have been granted a Capital Markets Services licence and Recognized Market Operator licence by the Monetary Authority of Singapore to deal in and operate an organised market for securities, respectively. Our service offers a one-stop solution for all your security token needs, including seamless banking integration, thorough user verification with a KYC module, flexible OTC trading options, primary issuance services, cutting-edge blockchain technology, and smart contract deployment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with all business units to determine possible risks and risk management processes
- Analyzing IT security threats in real-time and mitigating these threats
- Ensuring newly-acquired technology complies with the IT security regulations
- Planning, designing, and implementing an IT security strategy for the company
- Managing the continuous maintenance of IT systems to ensure optimum security levels are maintained
- Ensuring that no internal breaches or misuse of data take place
- Determining the cause of internal and external data breaches and instituting appropriate corrective action
- Presenting regular feedback reports on IT security to the leadership team
- Develop, implement and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program
- Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes
- Partner with business stakeholders across the company to raise awareness of risk management concerns
- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing current knowledge and future vision of IT security

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; a Masters degree is preferable
- 5 plus years of experience in risk management and information security
- Experience with cloud computing technologies, especially AWS (Amazon Web Services), with security commitments to customers and partners
- Proven track record and experience in developing information security policies and procedures, as well as successfully executing programs
- Knowledge of information security management frameworks
- Ability to understand not only emerging industry trends as far as cyber security is concerned but also the landscape of emerging threats, making appropriate adjustments within the cybersecurity program
- Experience implementing cloud security technologies, including encryption, network security, intrusion detection, cloud monitoring, and digital forensics
- Well-versed in the rapidly evolving threat landscape with a strategic mindset to mitigate threats and an established personal network for standard methodologies and information sharing around emerging challenges in the security space
- Good communication skills with an ability to build strong narratives to highlight the importance of security to employees internally and customers/shareholders externally, including both technical and non-technical audiences
- Blockchain experience preferred
