**LOCATION**

Central (Ang Mo Kio / Bishan / Sin Ming)

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Oversee, plan, coordinate and develop community programmes, services, and outreach
- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of programmes and activities
- Provide coaching and mentoring to the team
- Network with external stakeholders / programme providers and maintain good rapport with volunteers
- Oversee wedding and marriage solemnization held
- Assist in coordinating tours around the vicinity when required
- Support the company’s events and activities

**WORKING HOURS**
- Standard Working Hours: 8 30am to 5pm / Mon - Thur, Sun, No shift

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and team-building skills, coaching and mentoring skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to multi-task and work within time frame with mínimal supervision
- Min. 3 years of work experience in community outreach, programme planning or any social service discipline
- Passionate and enthusiastic about serving the community
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays or irregular working hours
