  • We are seeking a motivated Community & Content Engagement Lead to drive community vibes, class participation and brand presence across social media platforms for two gyms in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to think creatively and lead projects to drive engagement and growth. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging content strategies that promote the gym's brand and services;

  • Maintaining a strong online presence by creating and scheduling posts on social media platforms;
"> ">
  • Building and maintaining relationships with members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise;

  • Working closely with the management team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that meet business objectives;
"> ">
  • Analyzing data and insights from social media metrics to inform future content and marketing decisions;
"> ">
  • Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless integration of content and messaging across all channels.
