**Job Descriptions**
- Handle full spectrum of project administration and oversee daily administrative tasks at the site office.
- Conduct regular visit to the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage.
- Manage feedback and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract.
- Arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary.
- Promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction.
- Establish a filing system and maintain thorough documentation for all files and correspondence pertaining to the project.
- Assist and support Site Manager/ Project Manager on any ad-hoc duties.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE “A” Level or Diploma in a relevant discipline
- At least 1 years' working experience as a relevant experience in the construction industry
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Good client facing with strong people orientation ability to build and develop positive relations with internal and external parties
- Able to engage and manage various stakeholders on PR matters and public feedback to create an effective communication flow and awareness on the project
- Resourceful and good interpersonal skill
- Able to work independently, organized and possess positive working attitude
