**Your new role**
- Implement and develop machine learning approaches to complicated biological datasets.
- Develop pipelines and cloud-based infrastructure for Metagenomic Data Processing
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop and implement tools
- Metagenomic data mining, processing, structuring and interpretation.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Background in life science, bioinformatics, computational biology or related fields,
- Experience in Machine Learning
- Experience in the use of general bioinformatics tools, knowledge of metagenomics is a plus
- Expert in R is needed, Python is a plus
- Experience in Linux environment, Shell scripting
- AWS essentials.
- Familiar with SQL databases (database design, access with R/Python),
- Familiar with Docker, orchestration tools (Nextflow or Snakemake)
