**About Us**:
Bred and Butter Career Coaching is a Singapore-based career coaching firm focused on helping job seekers secure roles, not just polish CVs. We go beyond traditional coaching by offering strategic guidance and tailored outreach methods that actually work. Our systems, frameworks, and lead generation tools are already in place. We are now looking for the right co-founder to help us grow.

**The Role**:
We are looking for a **Co-Founder**who is passionate about supporting job seekers and keen to build something meaningful from the ground up. This is a bootstrapped start-up, and you will be joining at a formative stage, working closely with the founder to shape the business and expand its reach.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Collaborate on business strategy, service development, and growth plans
- Bring accountability and consistency as we continue to scale
- Drive business development and client acquisition using your own network
- Represent the company in conversations with HR leaders, partners, and clients

**We’re Looking for Someone Who**:

- Has experience in **recruitment**, **HR**, or **talent acquisition**:

- Brings a strong HR network and is confident in **business development**:

- Enjoys **networking**and building partnerships
- Is comfortable in a **start-up environment**with evolving priorities
- Can start part-time and grow into the role as the business scales
