This role focuses on **market research, opportunity identification, and commercialization projects within the material science sector**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and segment opportunities
- Develop and prioritize business growth strategies
- Lead cross-functional, global projects from idea to commercialization
- Coach teams on marketing frameworks (e.g., market sizing, VOC, value pricing)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or equivalent preferred
- 3+ years in strategic marketing or strategy role
- 5+ years in customer-facing roles
- Experience in B2B material science is a plus
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills
- Proven ability to lead virtual, cross-regional teams
- Demonstrated project management and influence leadership
- **Willingness to travel internationally (20-40%)**
