Key Business Development Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven marketing specialist to drive business growth, brand visibility, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and launch new products through market research, business planning, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead sustainability and ESG initiatives, including information gathering, communications, reporting, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, upholding and promoting brand values, ensuring consistency in messaging, and strengthening the company's identity across all platforms.
  • Manage social media platforms, amplify leadership, and enhance digital presence and visibility.
  • Collaborate with business unit heads to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Support lead generation efforts through digital campaigns, events, and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Optimize website and digital content for search engines to increase organic traffic and user engagement.
  • Design and distribute surveys, analyze competitors' marketing activities, and develop strategies to position the company competitively.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on business profiles to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, commercial communications, or business development.
  • Skills: Strong commercial acumen, customer engagement capabilities, creative thinking, branding, messaging, and public positioning.
  • Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, and comfortable handling varied tasks in a fast-paced environment.
