**Job Overview**
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Sales Support Executive** to join our team in the project sales business unit. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales operations by processing orders, assisting the sales team, and providing excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities**

**1. Order Processing**:

- Manage and process sales orders, quotes, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure timely updates and proper documentation of sales transactions.

**2. Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments when necessary.

**3. Sales Team Support**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as generating reports and maintaining records.
- Register the company as an approved vendor when required.

**Job Requirement**

**Requirements & Qualifications**

**Education**: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with sales teams, customers, and internal stakeholders.

**Time Management**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requests, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

**Organizational Skills**: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

**Personality**: A proactive team player with a positive attitude, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.

**Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or a related administrative role is preferred.
