- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 12 years of experience in project management, consulting, strategy, operations, or similar function
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience cultivating healthy, empathetic, and motivated teams or working groups
- Experience leading and implementing projects with global and cross-functional complexity
- Ability to lead multiple, time-sensitive projects with varying priorities
- Ability to streamline processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency
- Excellent project/program management and influencing skills (including with executive audiences)

At gTech’s Users and Products team (gUP), our mission is to help users get the most out of Google. We represent Google's users and many of our partners globally, sharing insights with the larger Google organization to enable exceptional customer and product experiences.
gUP builds innovative solutions that take user experience and engagement with Google to the next level, supporting users across products, countries, cultures, incomes, and identities. We advocate for users through partnerships with product areas at Google (and some Alphabet businesses), supporting Google’s consumer products ecosystem and enabling numerous launches for Google’s consumer products each year.
The gUP Global Markets team has a goal to deliver locally and culturally relevant experiences to users and partners in key markets, which includes APAC as one of our focus regions.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting across gUP and Google business functions to drive forth an APAC-first approach across multiple products and services. In addition to defining and driving regional strategy, this role will be a key advocate for the overall APAC user voice across markets, products, languages, and user segments.

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify, consolidate, and synthesize user voice insights for APAC markets in order to generate actionable outcomes.
- Develop, evolve, and manage the execution of local strategies based on an understanding of products in APAC.
- Manage relationships with global, regional, and cross-functional Leadership, including Product and Engineering Leads, Legal, Marketing, and Business Development while representing gTech's Users and Products operations.
- Leverage the gTech Users and Products portfolio of services and collaborate with our global Technology, Product Vertical, Scaled Operations, Localization, and Content teams to deliver regional focused initiatives.
- Lead cross-product regional working groups to support and accelerate APAC strategy initiatives.
