We are currently recruiting for experienced Manager - Electrical (Building Services) to join our Building Services team in Singapore.

**Responsibilities**

In this role, you will be responsible to:

- Deliver operational excellence through effective management of complex technical solutions and large and complex Electrical projects / multiple jobs
- Lead and manage M&E project teams by outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes
- In charge of electrical services detailed design for building projects
- Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity
- Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and technical report writing
- Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
- Work on electrical projects from inception through strategic planning, concept to detailed design planning and resourcing effectively to meet budgets and targets
- Identify and implement profit maximisation and cost management strategies
- In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting
- Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the client
- Mentor and coach junior peers across the M&E discipline
- Encourage excellent team performance through specific and constructive feedback

**Key Requirements**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline
- Minimum 7 years of experience in leading a team of Engineers
- Certified Professional Engineer will have added advantage
- Experience leading roles for design & design management of residential, commercial, institutional or hotel projects will be an advantage
- Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
- Demonstrate leadership potential and able to work independently and exercise initiatives
- Competent user of relevant engineering software
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
