Singapore National Healthcare Group Pharmacy (NHGPh) Full time

You will assist the Retail Executive/Pharmacist in managing the retail operations which include customer service, inventory management, merchandising, housekeeping, cash handling and retail administration. You will provide supervision to the retail assistants, senior retail assistants and promoters working in the retail pharmacy.**Major Duties and Responsibilities**

Operational
- Supervise the daily operations of the retail pharmacy
- Provide quality customer service
- Ensure proper handling of cash in the pharmacy
- Ensure that housekeeping standards are met
- Maintain store security
- Maintain equipment used in the pharmacy

Inventory
- Supervise inventory management
- Ensure proper merchandising of products
- Maintain condition of stock

Administration
- Monitor sales performance
- Maintain proper records
- Assist the Retail Executive/Pharmacists in administrative matters

Staff Training & Development
- Conduct orientation for new retail staff
- Conduct new promoter briefings, annual refresher training and quarterly promoter audits
- Coach retail staff to enable them to perform their role well
- Assist the Retail Executive/ Retail Pharmacist in the training and development of retail staff

Job Requirements
- Education and Experience
- GCE N or O level with at least 5 years pharmacy retail experience

Personal attributes
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and highly motivated team player with good supervisory, communication and management skills
- Service Oriented
