Investment and Financing Director Job Description:
Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for organizing the formulation and improvement of the company's investment and financing businesses processes and its implementation.

2. Responsible for the exploration and maintenance of investment and financing channels.

3. Responsible for investment and post-investment management.

4. Responsible for writing project proposals, feasibility study reports, and business plans.

5. Regularly issue investment and financing benefit analysis reports to analyze the use of funds.

6. Participate in the company's investment management and decision-making, and provide suggestions and basis for major business activities.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above; Major in investment, businesses management, economics, and finance are preferred.

2. More than 5 years of investment and financing experience; Experience in energy, environmental protection, new energy, cultural tourism, animal husbandry, and other related industries is preferred.

3. Strong communication and coordination skills; Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, and those with overseas backgrounds are preferred.

4. Be familiar with the investment and financing environment in the Asia-Pacific region.

5. Have a strong market development ability, good financial industry network resources, project resources, and social resources. Those who have certain investment and financing experience in Mainland China, Hong Kong, the United States, Australia, and Southeast Asia are preferred.

6. Have excellent adaptability and sense of responsibility.

投融资总监JD:
岗位职责
1、负责组织制定、完善公司投融资业务流程及实施;
2、负责投融资渠道的发掘及维护;
3、负责投资与投后管理工作;
4、负责撰写项目建议书、可行性研究报告、商业计划书;
5、定期出具投融资效益分析报告,分析资金使用情况;
6、参与公司投资管理决策,对重大经营活动提供建议和依据;
7、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,投资、企业管理、经济学、金融学相关专业优先;
2、五年以上投融资从业经验,具有能源、环保、新能源、文旅、畜牧等行业经验优先;
3、沟通协调能力强,英语听说读写熟练,有海外背景者优先考虑;
4、了解亚太地区的投融资环境。
5、具有较强的市场开拓能力,良好的金融行业人脉资源、项目资源和社会资源,在国内、香港、美国、澳洲、东南亚等地有一定投融资经验者优先;
6、具有较强的适应能力和责任心。
