**About the team**

Our Medical Services team is critical to the success of Doctor Anywhere. We are a team of healthcare professionals who oversee Doctor Anywhere ’s medical operations including clinics, telemedicine and mobile services. With our patients as top priority, our team works closely together to deliver the benefits of innovative medical technology.

**About the role**

We are seeking a **Telepharmacy Assistant** who will provide admin-related support for our telemedicine operations.

This role reports directly to the Telepharmacy Team Lead.

A summary of the key responsibilities and requirements are as follows:

- Logging of cases that are seen via video consultation at Doctor Anywhere
- Packing the medications that have been prescribed by the doctor online
- Arranging for deliveries for medications
- Working closely with our operations team and delivery partners to ensure that medications are delivered smoothly and on time
- Ensuring that medications packed are correct
- Assist the telemedicine lead in managing the inventory
- To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- **This role is convertible to a permanent role based on performance.**

**About you**
- Able to work in on a shift basis, including overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Shift allowance is provided for overnight shifts
- Familiar with medication with prior experience working in a pharmacy/clinic setting
- Good Computer Literacy skills
- Attention to detail and meticulousness is a must
- Able to work in a team
- You have unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Genuine curiosity and strong desire to continuously learn and grow
- Experience of working within a tech startup and hyper growth environment would be a bonus
- A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your sleeves attitude, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required
- Comfortable with ambiguity - we're a fast-growing business and there's always unchartered territories, which is part of the fun. You should be comfortable with it and understand that not everything is 100% defined all the time.
